Edward's Profile

I am a marketing executive with extensive experience developing and managing successful organizations.  After a successful 30 year career as an owner/operator of California radio stations, my wife Darlyne and I relocated to Pebble Beach.  I put my marketing skills and knowledge to work in real estate, focusing on residential golf properties.

My philosophy of marketing can be summed-up in the simple definition of the difference between marketing and selling; marketing fulfills the needs of the buyer, selling fulfills the need of the salesperson.  In a challenging real estate environment, it takes marketing skill to cut through the clutter, and to get the attention of buyer's.

After moving to the Monterey Peninsula, in addition to building my real estate practice, I pursued and received a degree in Economics from The University of San Francisco.  And, I am a founding member of the Board of Directors of 1st Capital Bank, with branches in Monterey, Salinas and our newest location in King City.

Darlyne and I are both avid golfers, and we are members of Pasadera Country Club, Monterey.  I am proud to be the 2008 Pasadera Conquistador Champion.
