Edward's Profile

I am a marketing executive with extensive experience developing and managing successful organizations.  After a successful 30 year career as an owner/operator of California radio stations, my wife Darlyne and I relocated to Pebble Beach.  I put my marketing skills and knowledge to work in real estate, focusing on residential golf properties. 

My philosophy of marketing can be summed-up in the simple definition of the difference between marketing and selling; marketing fulfills the need of the buyer, selling fulfills the need of the salesperson.  In a challenging real estate market, it takes marketing skill to cut through the clutter, and to get the attention of buyers.

In addition to my real estate practice, I pursued and received a degree in Applied Economics from The University of San Francisco.  And, I am a founding Board member of 1^st Capital Bank, with branches in Monterey, Salinas, and King City.

Darlyne and I are both avid golfers, and are members of Pasadera Country Club, Monterey.  And, I am proud to be the 2008 Pasadera Conquistador Champion.
